Year Book

It is time to leave your mark at Nelson with your graduating class yearbook! We need your help to ensure you are included and remembered for years to come.

The yearbook will feature a grad photo, a "younger you" photo, and a quote for each of our grads. We will also be including some memories pages from the last four years.

We need each of our grads to fill out this form by Friday, December 17th: Grad Yearbook Submissions

On a separate form, we are asking the graduating class to nominate their ‘Most Likely To…’. Please nominate only graduating students using the form, you do not need to nominate for each category. After nominations are in, students will be contacted before the final vote takes place. This form is also due by Friday, December 17th: Most Likely To... Form

-Before starting the form, please make sure that you have your photos to upload and your quote ready (maximum of 80 characters).

-Only one submission will be allowed.

-No indirect quotes will be accepted.

-Students must use their HDSB account to submit.

-The deadline for submissions is Friday, December 17th.
