Grad Photos
Did you miss the November Grad photo sessions? Good news! Photographers will be in the school taking grad photos on March1, and March 2, 2023! If you haven't booked your session yet, there are limited spaces left. For more information and how to book your portrait session, please click HERE.

Commencement
Commencement is being held on Wednesday May 31, 2023 at 7:00pm at the Burlington Convention Centre. If you are graduating and intend to participate in May's Commencement, you must register by purchasing a cap and gown before Friday March 31, 2023, which confirms your attendance.
This year the fee will be $60.00, which covers ceremony expenses including the souvenir cap and gown, hall rental, chair rental, and decorations.
All Graduates must register through School Cash Online
To purchase the cap and gown, your student will need to know their approximate height.

Community Involvement Hours
HOW MANY HOURS DO I NEED TO GRADUATE?
For the 2022-2023 school year, graduating students are required to complete 40 hours of community service. Students can start accumulating their hours in the summer following their grade 8 year.
All hours need to be submitted via the link below. You can only submit one file at a time, but you can submit multiple times.
If you worked, you can claim 10 hours. You will need to download a reflection form (below), write a reflection, and use the Submit Community Service hours link (below) to submit the reflection form. You will also need to submit your paystub, showing your hours, using the same Submit Community Service hours link (below).
If you helped around the house, you will need to download a reflection form (below), write a reflection, and use the Submit Community Service hours link (below) to submit the reflection form. You also need to download the Tracking Sheet (below) and complete it, claiming how many hours you helped, and use the same Submit Community Service hours link (below) to submit the form.
If you volunteered, you will need to submit EITHER a letter from the organization that you volunteered for that has a letterhead, a signature from the supervising person and the number of hours that you volunteered OR you will need to download the Tracking Sheet (below) and complete it, indicating how many hours you volunteered, and have it signed by the supervisor. The letter or the sheet then needs to be submitted using the same Submit Community Service hours link (below).

Full Disclosure
Full Disclosure for Semester 2 is May 5, 2023.
What is Full Disclosure? Any Grade 11 or 12 course completed, dropped or failed after the full disclosure date will appear on a student transcript along with the marks earned in the course. If a student drops a senior course prior to the full disclosure date, the course will not show up on their final transcript. Full disclosure does not apply to Grade 9 or 10 courses.
